Her expertise spans IPO readiness, governance frameworks, and strategic board advisory. Previously the Executive Director – Governance (West Coast) at Source Governance, Joan led governance delivery for a broad client base. She holds a Juris Doctor degree and is an Associate Member of the Governance Institute of Australia, combining legal insight with practical governance solutions.

Holding a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Max’s experience spans a decade of structuring competitive asset finance deals for clients across industries. His expertise includes credit analysis, negotiating favourable terms, and delivering strategized solutions that drive profitability and growth.
